We are not an agency and do not hold a database of candidates, what we do is partner with the agencies increasing you, the employers, the oportunity to widen your usual net and therefore increasing the chances to find that perfect candidate

No more constant calls from agencies either looking for vacancies or checking on the progress of existing ones. Simply ask them to contact AIA leaving you more time to do what you do best

We will never call you, we will email relevant candidates for you to review at your leisure, any candidates you wish to invite for interview we will make the necessary arrangements with the agent

Finally we do not charge you a penny for our services, we take a small percentage of the finders fee (10%) from the agency, upon placement we invoice you along with a copy of the original invoice to us from the successful agency, we pay them when you pay us less our commission

We are not a recruitment agency, we do not retain and search any candidates, what we do offer is to take 90% of the leg work away from the recruitment process

Simply send us your vacancy via our easy to use portal below and we will distribute the role to all local agencies with the relevant experience for your area. You can also pick your favorite agency and we will invite them to partner with us

We collect the prospective candidates for you and send the CV’s with the agency details on so you can keep track on which ones submitted who

You will only receive one CV per candidate, we work on a first come first served basis with the agencies to ensure you do not keep seeing the details of the same candidate over and over again

We arrange all interview times and dates to suit you

You are in control. You set the placement fee for the agencies, the expected start date and application closure date, you can even add in a refund system should that person not work out
